30-Day Clarity Promise

Every reading is personal and prepared from the names, dates and questions you send us. If any part of your reading feels unclear, generic, or does not answer what you asked, reply to your delivery email or write to hello@spiritualglows.com within 30 days of delivery. We will revise your reading until it is clear. If you would still rather have your money back, we will refund you in full within those 30 days.

How to request a revision or refund

- Email hello@spiritualglows.com with your order number.
- Tell us what felt unclear (optional, but it helps us revise).
- Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.

Order cancellation

You can cancel any order before your reading has been delivered by emailing hello@spiritualglows.com. Once it has been delivered, the 30-Day Clarity Promise applies.
